This is a registry and privacy policy of Myrobo Ltd. following the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), established on 18 May 2018. The policy was last updated on 7 January 2021.

3. General rights and obligations

Myrobo processes personal data only for the purposes or consent specified in the assignment agreement and to the extent necessary. The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain a customer relationship and market Myrobo’s consulting services.

4. Registry data content

The registry contains a database of Myrobo’s customers and partners, both companies and persons, for maintaining business relationships. The registry is used for producing services for customers and partners. The registry data is also used for marketing and dissemination targeting companies and persons. The data will not be shared with a third party.

The types of information that we may collect, receive, use and process:

  • Customer and potential customer information: contact persons, contact information, billing information and other necessary information related to customer relationships and services ordered
  • Personal data: person’s name, position, company and contact information (email, phone number and address)

Myrobo does not process specific personal data. The data is stored for the period for which the data is needed for the registry if the customer does not wish to delete their data.

5. Regular data sources

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer, such as messages sent using web forms, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses their data.

6. Principles of registry security

The processing of the register and the data processed through information systems is adequately protected. The register data is stored in Myrobo’s system with appropriate encryptions and passwords.

Right of access of data

Each person in contact with Myrobo has the right to check their data stored in Myrobo’s data registry and to demand that any incorrect information be corrected or that incomplete information to be completed. If a person wishes to review or request rectification of the data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to The responsible person of Myrobo’s registry defined in section 2. will reply to the customer within the time limit set in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person or a customer whose contact information may be registered in the Myrobo’s registry has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning him or her from the register. Also, data subjects have other rights under the EU’s General Data Protection  Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to If necessary, the responsible person defined in section 2. may ask the customer to prove his or her identity. The responsible person of the registry will reply to the customer within the time limit set in the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.

Myrobo does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
